When will my order ship?
  • Current processing time is 3-14 business days before shipping
    • normally it ships quicker but this is just in case emergencies happen.

What days do you ship?

  • We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. If any of these days fall on a holiday, we will ship on the next business day.
Where is my order? USPS did not update tracking.
    • Once your package is marked as shipped and dropped off to the post office, it is out of my control. If there are any issues, please take your tracking number to the usps website and contact their customer service. They have more info then we do. If you want a faster response, you can  take it to your local post office.
    Can I combine my previous order?
    • Sorry, we are not able to combine orders. It will slow down the processing of everyone's orders. 

    USA USPS Shipping (Due to the global pandemic, please note that shipping delays may occur. In the US, we have seen orders take between 2 days to 4 weeks. Processing time will remain the same, but we cannot guarantee any delivery within a certain time frame as shipping is beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.)

    • Shipping is a flat rate of $4.50 and includes tracking. We Ship USPS First-Class packages, which usually takes 2-7 business days and at times can take as long as 14-21 business days.  Please contact USPS customer service or your local post office for more information regarding shipping.
    • We are now offering Priority Mail as an option. If your order is $75+ we highly recommend upgrading your package to Priority Mail. This does not speed up processing time. It only speeds up delivery time to 1-3 days.

    INTERNATIONAL USPS Shipping

    • We are currently not offering letter mail.
      • We have had several packages returned to us immediately. We don't want this to happen to anyone else's order.
    •  Canada USPS First Class $15.00
    • Everywhere Else USPS First Class $15
    • USPS delivery may take up to 14-45 business days depending on your local customs office. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duty charges, VAT & other types of import fees. We are not responsible for any international custom charges/fees that may occur.

    • Can you add an item to my order?
      • Sorry no. We are not able to add anything to your order once your order is paid for. 
    • Can I exchange or return my items?
      • No refunds or exchanges. All sales final. If there is something wrong with your order or you are dissatisfied with your product please contact me so we can find a solution that makes us both happy.
    • Custom Orders
      • We are currently not taking any custom orders at this time.
